You can submit an application to the Constitutional Court if you believe that your human rights or constitutional principles have been violated by a legal provision or if you believe that your human rights have been violated by an individual act by which state authorities, local community authorities or bearers of public authority decided on your rights, obligations or legal entitlements.
These are two separate procedures and there are specific conditions which you have to take into account before submitting a petition in the former or a complaint in the latter case.
