You have the right to complain if you believe that decisions of the centre for social work or the court during a child’s adoption procedure, such as a refusal to grant you the status of an adopter, to allow you to take a child into care, to adopt a child or in deciding to give up your child for adoption without your consent, are unlawful and have, therefore, violated your right to a private and family life, or any other human rights.
