SOS Telephone for Women and Children - Victims of Violence is a non-governmental, non-profit and humanitarian organisation, offering protection and support to people, especially women and children, who experience violence. They educate and raise public awareness about zero tolerance to violence.
The Association provides information, psychosocial support and protection to women and children victims of violence through innovative social campaigns, by training and educating professionals and the general public, by building partnerships that influence the legislative framework, and by putting the issue of gender-based violence on the agenda as a real, relevant, urgent and important issue for all.

- Shelter for women and children victims of violence (includes two more dislocated housing units), where women and children can retreat from violence
- Shelter for women and children victims of violence II, adapted for persons with reduced mobility
- Psychosocial and psychological assistance for women and children victims of domestic violence and victims of sexual abuse
